1st attempt was rejected online by passport office as poor quality Contacted Photos online and was asked to resubmit a photo to them by email not using the app This was returned rapidly to me This one came up fair quality at passport office online I had to give reasons why they should accept it and 7 days later I have been told by the passport office that the application is successful So good outcome in the end
