Great Customer Service Misleading Ads Website Info

1st attempt was rejected online by passport office as poor quality Contacted Photos online and was asked to resubmit a photo to them by email not using the app This was returned rapidly to me This one came up fair quality at passport office online I had to give reasons why they should accept it and 7 days later I have been told by the passport office that the application is successful So good outcome in the end

There was one issue when the passport

Customer service via email was unexpectedly fast It was not as good fast as chat but the next best thing I would get responses within minutes What I did NOT like was the very misleading ads and website info that said photos were available at CVS for 39 cents Too good to be true FIRST you needed to pay to get the digital format This made sense but was very misleading I ended up going to a CVS in person

Quick service

There was one issue when the passport office would not accept a photo which Passport Photos online had passed but this was sorted out by the excellent customer service team On the whole though I was very pleased with the service

Good email contact

Quick service they do a great job at editing the picture but the bad part is that when you take it to a Walgreens or CVS to print the store has to still edit and cut the picture to the correct size The price for the service is too high

It s not exactly 600x600

It s not exactly 600x600 It was 602x602 I had to resize it again to 600x600 Thanks for the white background though I was expecting a perfect quality for such a high price

Didn t receive it in 2-3 days as

I didn t receive it in 2-3 days as promised probably because it was during the season However Emily was very responsive and followed up with me until I received it Photos were accepted with the passport application at Australia Post with no drama

Easy to use

Easy to use Quick delivery Only reason I didn t give 5 stars was the envelope should have been thicker to protect the photos
