They have excellent customer service I had to contact them since I didn t get my passport photos in 2-4 days as expected Julia responded right away with how they can try to fix the situation I ended up asking them to re-send the photos but they allowed me to resubmit a new photo I truly appreciate their flexibility and quick response but most of all I appreciate them being so accommodating Satisfaction IS guaranteed Thank you so much I m glad I chose you over other photo apps
