What a fantastic service we lost our beloved dog lenny our world fell apart and pet cremation services were amazing the gentleman that came to pick lenny up offered his condolences and made it a dignified respectful last journey for our beloved dog lenny may he now rest in peace thank you to pet cremation service for being so respectful to our boy

Last year when our pet Millie died my husband dealt with this sad time And says the company couldn t have been more than lovely the farewell room was lovely and Hilda was more than compassionate seems terrible that two reviews give you such a bad rating and puts people off and I think with covid rules being involved with one of the reviews it s particularly unfair as even human burials were completely disrupted Mille was returned in a beautiful little box with a fresh white rose can t fault the service and incidentally had to keep asking for the account as that wasn t thrust in your face immediately with many companies Raymond and morven Kerr

This is the hardest review a have had to make We would like to put in to words our sincere and grateful thanks to Phoenix Cremation for their prompt efficient and considerate manner give to us at the time of your home service cremation of our beloved dog Louie recently The whole procedure was indeed carried out in a professional and dignified manner which we thank you immensely We would most diffidently recommend to my friends and family

I must speak as I find Phoenix sent Lee to fetch our old boy and he couldn t have been more helpful respectful kind or gentle We truly felt we had been able to say our final goodbye as we wished The company have contacted me by phone too and the person I spoke to was helpful polite and sympathetic

Highly recommend this service they were so kind n caring and took amazing care of marley We chose Charlie one of the vets springfield recommend he was amazing I never felt rushed and both the vet and springfield were caring and compassionate and really kind thank you both for helping me through one of the worst times of my life

My little Helen went to sleep last week and Phoenix were professional and compassionate at an extremely sad and traumatic time I didn t deal with Phoenix direct on the telephone as Cloud 9 Vets organised everything for me Gary came to my flat and he was kind and caring and reassuring at a very sad time I would highly recommend Phoenix Helen had an individual cremation Her little casket is beautiful with her name on it Olive

Our beloved cat Wally passed away recently and we arranged for a cremation and Woodland Scatter Tube through our local vet Within 2 weeks a very well packaged parcel arrived via our Vet Surgery with a sealed scatter tube containing his ashes a set of inked paw prints a small tube containing some of his fur as well as a With Sympathy note from the company We were only expecting the ashes so the additions we thought were a nice touch All of this was also reasonably priced With many thanks for your empathy and attention to detail

From the moment we arrived yesterday the staff were amazing my daughter s ragdoll cat Blu passed away last Friday The staff were so caring and compassionate We have just left after returning to collect Blu and yet again the staff were fantastic Thank you so much for everything that you did for us X

What an amazing service We lost our dog Monty just before Christmas and Phoenix Pet Cremations were absolutely amazing We arranged their service via Cloud 9 vets On the day we had our Monty put to sleep Gary from Phoenix arrived and was so caring and explained that there was no rush for us to say our goodbye He explained how he was taking our Monty to a lovely place with open fields and beautiful surroundings He made sure that Monty was put into a travel bed and made comfortable - this was so reassuring and we had no doubt that he would be taken care of on his last journey Two days later I received a message to say that Monty s ashes were ready for collection We travelled to pick these up and I can truly say that Gary was not wrong The open fields and surrounding area was absolutely amazing Monty s ashes were given to us in a sealed scatter tube and the paw prints in clay were worth every penny We could not say thank you enough to Phoenix Pet Cremations for the service they provided
