Amazing service at a difficult time
I had the privilege of using PCS Surrey for the cremation of my precious cat Phoebe and I can t recommend them enough From start to finish their service was incredibly caring and professional They went above and beyond by creating beautiful paw prints of Phoebe which was a lovely unexpected touch When she was returned she came back in a beautiful presentation box and bag which really showed how much they care about honoring our pets It was such a comforting experience during such a difficult time Thank you PCS Surrey for treating Phoebe with such kindness and respect
