Life Altering Small Changes
Regardless of what you know or think you know working with PD Mangan is life altering for the better I m a lifelong casual athlete now in my 60s rarely in gym shape but usually close enough but until working with PD often had that unfortunate last 10 - 15lbs of middle aged regret I spoke with him 2 years prior to finally signing on the gap being well I pretty much can do this on my own I mostly know what I m doing HOWEVER I called him back when in 2 years I hadn t really changed too much on my own And he again said some pithy insightful things about how to approach training and eating They were seemingly small easily integrated ideas and changes to my normal casual routines Emphasis on seemingly PDs recommendations are the result of his science based research I kept doing my own routines but added in his 2x a week 30 minute routines and those are what made an enormous difference By making small changes to how I used weights fat started coming off and muscle packing on I literally had to get new clothing because my chest and shoulders are bigger And it s not just gym show I have a very physical job in construction and suddenly I m hoisting a lot more over my shoulder and easily moving uphill with it or up ladders whereas before it was efforted and I figured well that s just getting older Nope After awhile I dropped a lot of the gym stuff i HAD been doing dropped the time spent exercising and I m much stronger than I had been before Also I feel much more protected around my joints stance and posture and these things are measurable Same thing with how to eat what to eat a few small changes to what I was doing combined with the exercise piece and I could feel my always ongoing hunger drop for the first time in years I didn t feel hungry all the time With both exercising and eating nothing radical like diets we ve all tried or hard crossfit type gym attacks neither of which ever worked for me instead just some calm insightful tactics which overall led to enormous differences And also for my other family members they went along with what I was doing and they too benefitted they were free riders on my paid program PD has clearly used his science training and personal experience trial and error to figure out practical attainable parameters and techniques for quickly resetting people back to the physical baseline of their early 20s Another piece of his calm warm and simple approach Accountability I m fairly self motivated perhaps a theme of this is that i THINK i am but i m not perhaps you re the same but just his conversation around do you need to check in with me about being accountable added some accountability not that it was stressful high stakes coaching but just knowing I had support and backup for questions was useful I was a little dubious about a few things he gave me the over under on them I tried them he was right every time and it was great to have his support to check in His system of checking in of personal training as needed of clear video examples of being in touch whenever needed it s a testament to having a direct approach of being clear concise to the point nothing extraneous It is the best money I have spent on health and I only wish I had done it sooner Yes it s nice to have the outside affirmation you look 20 years younger you look like a movie star etc i m not exaggerating here but real gratification is feeling as strong as I did 35 years ago running upstairs easily carrying heavy things etc etc Again completely worth the cost it would be worth it at twice the rate I would gladly forego a lot of other things in order to sign on to PD s system

The journey of fitness and longevity should be easy to follow
The impact that this program and my coach PD has had on my life cannot be overstated Before starting this program I found it challenging to establish a consistent exercise routine due to my busy work and family life However with PD s guidance and support I was able to make exercise a priority in my life and establish a routine that worked for me What s more I was amazed to discover that I could build muscle and improve my overall fitness by going to the gym just twice a week Despite my initial skepticism I saw results quickly and was motivated to keep going One of the most significant benefits of this program was the development of healthy habits that have positively impacted all areas of my life I not only lost weight and gained muscle but I also gained the knowledge and tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle for years to come I appreciate that the program s focus extended beyond just weight loss and included a focus on longevity This approach helped me develop sustainable habits and practices that will benefit me in the long run The weekly Q A sessions were a great opportunity to receive personalized support and guidance from PD I appreciated the chance to ask any question no matter how obscure or unusual and receive thoughtful and helpful answers I remember asking P D about Vitamin D and fever or how many milliliters of water you need to drink when you take supplements or that question about drinking after workout Overall I cannot recommend this program enough PD s coaching approach is effective and personalized and the program s focus on sustainability and longevity sets it apart from other fitness programs I am grateful for the positive impact this program has had on my life and I am confident that others will benefit as well

Easily lost 17 lbs in 3 months and permanently changed my habits
I had a terrific experience with PD and would recommend him to anyone who is serious about 1 losing a lot of fat in a three month period and 2 changing one s eating and exercising habits on a permanent basis The key point in the sentence above is the word serious In our first meeting PD told me that the people who made the most progress under his plan were the ones who followed his directions very carefully even to the point of brown-bagging filling natural whole-food lunches to the office After deciding I was going to be someone who took the plan seriously I read all of PDs notes watched all of his videos followed every step in his plan and sure enough I lost about 17 pounds almost entirely fat in three months and have kept it off since then thanks to my new set of habits What surprised me most in working with PD is that I never felt hungry or deprived I thought there was no way to lose fat without needing a tremendous amount of will power to get through the feelings of hunger and deprivation As it turns out that s completely wrong One of the first things PD told me was that it s impossible for anyone to defeat feelings of hunger over a long period of time so what we d do instead is use knowledge and discipline to eat large very filling satiating quantities of the right foods at the right times so as to feel full and energetic and happy while also burning off fat with astonishing ease Oh and while also getting stronger as well I wouldn t go so far as to say that PD s program is only for curious brainy people Anyone can follow his approach which is simple enough to be written down on a single sheet of paper That said if you happen to be a curious brainy person who really wants to understand things -- why certain foods make you fat why certain approaches to exercise make you strong etc -- PD s program is especially helpful Is the program inexpensive Nope Is it a great value if you take it seriously In my view absolutely It costs a bit more but has been more than worth it to me

PD Mangan is very client-focused and provides a ton of useful and timely information and guidance in navigating health fitness and nutrition issues He is quite attentive to the individual client s needs taking into account the client s particular circumstances and makes himself readily available for questions special guidance etc He helped me and continues to help me tremendously in transforming my fitness levels and general quality of life associated with them Strongly recommend

On track after taking P D s 1-on-1 coaching course
I took P D s 1-on-1 coaching course Before taking it my diet was low in fat high in vegetables and soy protein and I did a lot of aerobic exercises such as walking running and biking 35 miles 4-5x week I also ate 3-5 times a day Among the things I learned from P D s course were the benefits of low-carb high protein diet resistance training intermittent fasting and what supplements are good and which are unnecessary or ill-advised P D has done a TON of research He is very clear in his explanations and provides great references for all of his recommendations He provides one-on-one advice tailored to your specific situation His program definitely put me on the right track At 66 years of age I am fit have gained muscle and feel terrific I never have headaches have no arthritis can bend over with straight legs and touch the palms of my hands on the ground and find my mind is clear and mood upbeat following P D s recommendations Yesterday I played volleyball and frisbee for 2 hours at the beach with my teenage grandkids and had a great time My blood test results are all good I ve seen significant improvements in the ratio of my triglycerides to HDL ratio My heart rate and blood pressure are great A stranger told me yesterday I looked half my age I recommend P D s course to anyone serious about long-term results

PD was clear in his instructions and very attentive and timely in responding to questions I followed the plan and was able to lose over 30 lbs and put on muscle in the 16 weeks

Amazing simple and effective health coaching
Simple easy to follow instructions on how to lose weight and get in shape No guesswork or special equipment needed PD helped me lose 40 lbs in 12 weeks before my 40th birthday If you follow PD s plan you WILL lose weight and get in shape in 12 weeks

The best investment in health and fitness
The best investment you can do for your health and fitness I ve been training for 15 years and this is the best program and best investment I ve made And I ve tried quite a few over the years The material is excellent and delivered in a way that is very easy to follow The insights are powerful and backed by science On top of that PD Mangan is a wonderful guy to talk to and is always open to questions and you can see he really cares I was pretty fit at the start of the program but still results are impressive I cut down 1 5 of fat lost 3kg overall and feel more powerful by training 1 3 of the time that I always spent working out It only took two sessions 26 min each per week and I was spent For those with a busy life this is gold I couldn t recommend this more
