I visited the hygenist Katrina recently and was not impressed She was abrupt and unhelpful with a bad attitude She gave me the impression she coudn t wait to get rid of me A very bad experience overall and not to Richmond s standards

I am pregnant and entitled to get the nhs free dental care Not been to the dentist in a few years and know that I need a scale and polish even if it s to be booked a few months from now When I wasn t pregnant and used to pay for my treatments they send you a letter every couple of months asking you to book in Now I m entitled to a free service they refuse to provide scale and polish as they say it s not needed unless I pay for it privately telling me I don t need it So this yellow tar staining on my teeth is meant to be a natural look is it Isn t your practice called perfect smile I am certainly not smiling Very disappointed with how I am being treated or should I say not treated and will be going to an alternative dentist as feel discrimination takes place here if your pregnant and entitled to free nhs care

It has been a terrible experience with their Richmond branch They had to cancel my appointment 3 consecutive times The hygenist service was rushed and the only thing the care about was the deposit for the next appointment Avoid at all costs

Wokingham practice - was referred from and NHS dentist I had numerous calls from the practice trying to book me in I explained that I wanted all My teeth removed and implants I have alot of teeth with issues and there seems littlePoint in having so many individually replaced They advised that they don t remove healthy teeth so I didn t book the appointment Received more follow up calls and explained that I had been advised they wouldn t do what I asked and was then advised to come and see as they may be able to assist Booked an appointment and guess what - was advised they didn t like to remove healthy teeth I arrived early and my appointment didn t start on time Was also advised the price to do what I was asking was more than originally discussed on the phone Was told I would receive an emailOf the options we discussed the following day which hasn t been received Paid 65 to get an awfulPrivate service Waste of money Receptionists should be honest and not just try to get you booked in to make money Avoid
