Wasted my time for nothing should not even be reccomended by google Its stupid to ask for money for such a standard simple thing 16 personalities does it for free Basically a scam does not tell you it required money and then after you take your time it asks for it a waste of time that i will never get back Should say immediately it is a paid service Unessecary

So frustrating Spent ages doing a test to find out like others that not only are the results behind a paywall but it s a subscription as well Feels like a scam Gift yourself 30 minutes of your life back and don t use this company

Recurring subscription charge

Like the other reviewers I knowingly purchased my test results for a single charge of 9 95 Five days later I received an additional recurring subscription charge of 39 90 that I never signed up for I checked all emails for this company and no where do they say I will be charged for this service on a recurring basis Also The Personality Lab doesn t offer a way to check your profile to see what charges you inadvertently agreed to or were signed up for without your permission and easily cancel They are clearly hoping to capitalize on people who don t monitor their bank accounts closely This is such a shady business practice I ve contacted them via the email listed on their website requesting cancellation and a full refund We ll see what happens

Sucks

You go through the entire questionnaire to find out it s behind a paywall In addition to that there s plenty of free assessments available Couldn t be any more disappointing and the page should be taken down

Steals your money for wrong results

It says your results cost 95 cents and then charges you 29 50 when you enter your card information and it gave me the exact opposite results of my actual MBTI type I ve taken multiple MBTI tests hundreds of times throughout the last 7 years and always gotten ENFP this test gave me ISTJ

Very misleading website

Very misleading website The 4 and 5 star reviews displayed on their own pages are made to look like trustpilot reviews but are definitely BS I wouldn t give the the info from my birthday cards never mind a credit card Essentially this website is a total waste of time and effort Please don t bother trying to fill in any of their questionable questionnaire you will only be informed that access to your results costs a minimum of 13

Total scam No personality type given it was a 5 letter symbol gibberish and when I called their phone number they couldn t answer simple questions then put me on hold and never came back no surprise Called my credit card company to cancel immediately and the personalitylab net made 2 charges under track thatreport for 1 and for 29 95

Googled free enneagram First result Took the test Spent 30 minutes to complete because I don t know myself very well hence why I took the test Afterwards asks me to pay a subscription This is dirty because it s not mentioned that you ll have to pay until after you spent the mental energy to answer questions about yourself I thought about paying but decided on not because I thought to myself I don t want to support a company that is going to do something like this
