Placed an order on Sunday May 15 Paid for two day shipping Never got notified items shipped so Monday May 23 i tried to call and find out what happened No one answers the phone or returns your voicmails I waited on hold for 30 minutes and then was transferred to a voice-mail Left a message Did this twice No call back So i emailed was responded too within a few hours At this point i was told my order was still processing and expected to ship by the end of the week But yet the money was taken out of my account on Tuesday May 17 Two day shipping and a week later you still have not even processed my order I canceled my order and asked for a refund Will not be shopping with Pet Life again

I wish negative stars was an option I should have read the reviews prior to purchase In a nutshell I am experiencing every single complaint filed 2 day shipping with no tracking info available 3 days later I was on hold for so long the line disconnected every time I requested a refund 8 days after purchase because tracking was still not available and I purchased exact items from other stores and received them within 4 days I was told the following day they could not refund because the package shipped As soon as the package arrived I sent several requests for an RA and printable return shipping label via email and web portal No response I filed a claim and two days later PL emailed me simply stating your items are not eligible for refund PL did not provide any further info or documentation from their website explaining why these items are non refundable The return policy clearly states all products regardless of condition are refundable within 30 days of purchase hassle free with the exception of food treats shampoos and liquids My items are aquarium decorations unopened in the original shipping package The claim is still open I checked the box allowing PL to view this complaint Although they drag their time with communicating we will see how long it takes to respond now

Rip off
I bought some dog food last week and order confirmed Emailed me a few hours later saying out of stock didnt know that when I ordered Say they refunded my money to a CC that hasnt been open for 6 mos Showed them the debit card I used Was told nothing could be done HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE this company should fail

Poor handling of order failure
I purchased a specific brand flavor of cat food - my cats are finicky like most PetLife shipped a product that was different and cheaper than that pictured At first I assumed I mis-ordered and went back to the webpage for the product - nope that is exactly what I ordered - and didn t receive I contacted them sending them a link to what was ordered and a different link to what was actually sent 3 days later I received a response - that is what is on the website Umm no Then I went and looked - they changed the picture If you order from them screen shot everything

Where is my order I received an email 3 weeks ago and nothing has arrived I am order Order SPL14566How do I talk with Customer Service My hummingbirds can t eat until this arrives I feel really badly for them The old one broke that s why I ordered a new one If you can t deliver I need to cancel my order and find someone else This is crazy slow Please communicate with me

Zero stars was not an option Ordered a medical product for my pet in Nov Did not receive it until Jan By Jan the item was no longer needed I tried the online return I called the company 6 times Only to hear music and then the phone went dead I also sent an email to the company asking for help No reply 30 days has passed since I have tried to get help and no response from them I am out 40 00 with a product I sadly do not need
