It was really simple to make a claim online Petplan liaised with my vet for information so all I had to do was complete a simple form Petplan kept me informed throughout the process of the status of my claim I didn t expect my money to be paid out so quickly - my claim was made over the Christmas period - but it was incredibly fast Fantastic service

"great help when your pet is poorly"

Its a stressfull time when your pet is ill and needs medical help The vets were able to claim direct to petplan with me only needing to pay my excess The claim over 4300 for my dogs operation on her leg was assessed and paid in only a few weeks In my opinion a great company who I will continue to i nsure my dog with and highly recommend others to use too

I know petplan is a great company to insure your pet with My little dog Daisy has a skin problem so i have to check her often To keep it under control she needs to take the medication daily Pet plan are so prompt in paying the bills Always keeping in touch to see if there is anything else they can help with

Got reimbursement of vet fees it did not take very long less than 3 weeks it was fast and easy to submit a claim I m happy with the service and updates provided by Petplan throughout the clsim process
