Fantastic insurance hassle free paid huge claim no question asked we had to have an emergency surgery to our dog big bill as a result Petplan paid up to last penny of coverage Wouldn t consider any other company than them

I m happy I m with pet plan because of my disability they know all my dogs ages add the write information because they work though the vets So if you add to make a claim they have the write information for you to be paid out to help the little get better never have any pain of suffering Us we have the N- H - S that do a fantastic job for us get us better now I know my dogs will get the care needed if required

I can t thank Petplan enough Since we ve had our cats less than two years one of them has developed atopy My cat has just had her sixth visit for this condition with a two hundred pound bill this time and Petplan has paid it in full quickly and without any hassle I am so grateful and so glad we chose them on the back of so many recommendations

Petplan were recommended by the breeder we got our Ragdoll kitten from Unfortunately we had to make a claim early on Our vets dealt directly with Petplan for us and petplan kept us updated and we were surprised at how quickly they processed the claim and settled our vet bill We have peace of mind for a reasonable monthly amount but hopefully we won t need to use them again

My pesky young dog managed to reach the counter and consume a large proportion of the Welsh cakes I had made A trip to the vets followed immediately as currants are poison to dogs Petplan was in touch quickly and agreed paid my claim within a week I have always found them quick direct and fair and have used them for all my dogs over nearly 20 years
