I ve tried a few different companies who have all reduced my quotes once they ve received my phone I got a new quote from PhoneBox and selected their poor condition I was paid the full amount that I was quoted so I would definitely use them again and I recommend their services

My husband s old phone was sitting in a drawer so we decided to sell it to PhoneBox after they were recommended by a family friend Everything was really simple to set up and we didn t even have to pay for packaging or shipping as this was provided Really excellent service and I highly recommend them

I sold my phone to PhoneBox after reviewing a comparison site They sent me a free post envelope to send my phone to them securely Once they received my phone they came back with a quote I was initially unhappy with I spoke to a member of staff and was then referred to Nicola who was able to explain to me the reasons for the reduction in price offered She worked with me on my behalf to speak to the tech team and came back to me with what I believe to be a much fairer offer for my phone Which I had always kept in a phone case with a screen protector Thanks to Nicola she has turned my experience with PhoneBox round from a 1 to a 5 She was extremely polite and courteous explained everything with me and went out of her way to ensure I was happy before she ended the call with me

Very pleased with the service provided from PhoneBox highly recommend I received the amount that I was quoted for my phone which was higher than any other provider I had expected them to try and lower the quote once the phone was received so was very happy that this never happened I sent it late on the Thursday afternoon my phone was received on Monday morning and the money was in my bank account by the evening Will be using again
