Customer service is very helpful willing to answer questions They were also able to help me find the image I wanted I ordered the premium wallpaper The product is generally very nice and appears to be high quality It was just installed yesterday so can t speak to the durability The guy who hung the paper had little trouble putting it up One minor defect that he noticed was some faint black lines about 1 inch long at the very edge of one of the strips For my image they are unnoticeable but if you had an arctic landscape you might see them Over all I m super happy with the result The colors are vibrant and the over all appearance exceeds my expectations
