When I used my free trial up and went a day over into the monthly membership I expected to be charged the 5 99 I had agreed to however I looked in my bank account and PicMonkey had charged me 77 88 Not what I signed up for at all I filled out an account and billing slip on their website but haven t even had an automatic email to say they received my complaint Neither is there a number on display I can call An incredibly disappointing experience

I need my money back
I need my money back I got 173 88 AUD dollars taken out of my account without any notice from PicMonkey after the 7 day free trial It was never made clear me that I m going be paying an annual membership after the free trial it was only showing that I would be given the option to sign up for a monthly subscription that s either basic or pro I have cancelled my subscription now and right away I can t use any of the features in picmonkey even with a payment made until September 2021 I can t believe this such a dishonest company I need my refund Someone needs to get in touch with me

I don t have an account with PicMonkey however they keep charging my credit card monthly When I tried to reach out to customer service they have not responded through email I tried to call however they don t answer the phone They seem to be crooks charging my account with no responsiblity

SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT - SCAM ALERT they charged me 162 00 at the moment I signed up for trial version of 7 days they offered I was unauthorized charge right away the moment I agreed with the offer they made to me I ve send some emails to them but no answer received yet also did a report of unauthorized charge in my paypal account as well as my banking institution This is a total scam I hope I can resolve this problem and get to get a total refund asap Don t even try this service at the end there are a lot of other better services online and totally free DON T TRY THIS EVER

I am scammed Filled in credit card information with free trail and non renewal but was charged 74 dollars altough I cancelled one year ago and never subscribed for one year and at least one month Never got any answer from customer service They only think about the money

I had a fraudulent charge from this
I had a fraudulent charge from this company in the amount of 120 00 I contacted them and identified the transaction as fraudulent They showed very little interest in solving the problem Most of their replies are by a bot I turned the matter over to Mastercard and they are proceeding Mastercard suggested filing a police report Anyone else have a similar problem

Repeated errors take PicMonkey from 5 stars to 0 - please fix
I have used picmonkey for close to a decade now and until about a month ago I loved it That s when I started to get the Trouble in Paradise something s gone wrong error message after attempting to load certain projects This only happens for some while others load no problem I ve followed all of the troubleshooting steps clearing cache restarting checking that WebGL is properly enabled I even downloaded Firefox I normally use Chrome to see if that might help It did not I m currently working on a business project and if I cannot get this resolved within the next day or so I m not going to be able to meet the deadline and may lose this client I use the Pro account level which should mean they should take this more seriously given the higher monthly rate I reached out to their support team both via the form on the site and also at their help email address and will update if when they respond

I messaged them via the website because I did not sign up for the 1 year plan All I did was set up a free trial and now I have been charged 120 and I don t even like the program it wasn t exactly what I was needing So now I don t now how or if they ve even seen the message I sent them today because I didnt get a confirmation email or anything but I really can not afford losing 120 right now

RIP PicMonkey Used PicMonkey for years always considered it one of the best editing programs out there but the new version is awful Features I loved are gone and offers nothing better in their place Ribbet calling and I shall follow

I waste more time waiting for PicMonkey
I waste more time waiting for PicMonkey to fix issues than I do using it Yesterday it was down completely Today Trouble In Paradise This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous The Old Picmonkey worked great The new is terrible and down more than it is up Listen to other reviewers Don t waste your money I ve been a customer for years Old PicMonkey but not anymore Finding a differenct company for my business use
