Scam Don t Buy

I really don t know if the program works Can not access it I have spent almost 200 00 with them and countless hours on the phone and emails When you do get someone on the phone it is very hard to understand them They should use the product they are selling I think this is by design just to frustrate people so they just go away If you want to waste money go ahead and buy

I am absolutely furious with them

I am absolutely furious with them I purchased one of their languages but my app did not give me access I asked for help in the app and never received an answer I emailed them had to do it a few times to be told to call them using their US number I am in EUROPE It is costly to call them I finally called them and after 7 minutes asked their rep to call me back which she did not want to do so I told her I would interrupt the conversation and asked her to email me when the problem was solved and of course nothing has happened I have paid for their product which is probably good and can t use it

Took money after cancellation

Even though I cancelled my subscription Pimsleur still drew money from my account after I had already cancelled I wrote them asking for a refund and got no response

Con artists

I really like this app I found it was helping to build my confidence for the speaking side of things I was initially offered a seven day trial which I took I was then offered a further 28 day trial which again I took and when I cancelled towards the end of the free trial they offered me a further 28 days which I accepted I was angered when I seen that they took one months subscription from me worth 18 45 I sent them an email with a screen shot of the offer and they still refused to refund me I ve had to contact PayPal to ask that they refund my money AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pimsleur cannot access course paid for

Nov 24th 2019 I paid Pimsleur 81 91p for their French course 3 Recently I have been unable to access this course I could not access Pimsleur to complain wrote a review which was picked up by TrustPilot and they got in touch with Pimsleur who sent me a change your password email I thus accessed their website and again flagged up my problem I am still unable to access French 3 which I had purchased When I try I am switched into a course in Albanian which I do not want The password they set has not helped me get access to French 3

I can no longer access the Pimsleur

I can no longer access the Pimsleur course I bought about 2 years ago I got a screen asking me to put in my password not previously necessary I did this was told incorrect password twice I clicked reset password no email has been sent me to do this The course was EXPENSIVE I can no longer access what I paid a LOT for There seems no way I can complain to Pimsleur

Absolutely terrible Bad app worse customer service They are worse than common thieves They ve stolen my money and refuse to give a refund even though I don t want to use their app nor can I because the levels they have available are too low and there s no way to test out of them Stay FAR away from this app They will steal your money and cite their slimy policies to justify it even though they are clearly misusing those policies

Pimsleur is nothing but a thief I cancelled the free 7-day trial before 7 days They charged my debit card Then they have a 30 day money back guarantee when you try to use it they refuse to refund your money They keep trying to offer you another 28 days but the program is really elementary and not worth the money so I just asked for my money back They told me that I was still subscribed I went to their website and got the message that they have no subscription in my name I sent them a copy of this The reason why the website shows no subscription in my name is because I had cancelled it approximately 3 days into the trial They still refused to return my money Their guarantees are lies I am now going to dispute this through my bank and contact both state and federal consumer authorities BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH PIMSLEUR

I tried to learn Greece and my wife tried to learn Danish using this systemI never came past lesson one and my wife is on lesson 4It didn t work for mee and my wife says that it is difficult because they speak to fast and since there aren t any text she has a hard time knowing what to say I believe her I speak fluent Danish so I knowNot recommended
