They should have getting a 5 But I got

They should have getting a 5 But I got two of the same tops send out had to return there is a problem with the return and I ve send a second order back the top was still to be the jacket was to big so all send back but I m refund is very slow I m waiting on first order it s around 65 the second order with a jumper and a jacket which was around 75 still no refund for that return yet plus I had to place another with a smaller size so I hope this one fits OK and I get my 1 refund it s Xmas soon and money I so need in before xmas

Sizing issue but would order again

Unfortunately the sizing was off i ordered a 12 and I got sent items marked large when usually a clothing size 10-12 would be medium The quality isn t what I expected for the price either I would order again now that I know I d need a 10 and if they had a sale on

I bought 3 items

I bought 3 items Jumper was lovely fit colour good value for money 1 blazer was nice but my 3rd item a blazer was thin material with ruched sleeves but in picture they were full length so bit disappointed

Exchange for different size

I ordered a dress online for a party The size was too small so I requested a return to be an exchange for a bigger size However I waiting afew weeks and still recieved nothing I got in touch with customer service and the problem was sorted straight away The lady helping me was called Rosie and she resolved the issue immediately My new dress is already being dispatched Thanks Rosie

The quality of a few dresses have been poor I also find it disappointing paying for a return on a faulty dress and paying for delivery so nearly 10 down for nothingThanksTerri

Clothing is great customer service not

Clothing is great but the customer service wasn t I was advised I should refrain from choosing Asda click and collect when it was offered for 9 99 on their website And they never said it was now with Royal Mail

Dress I ordered was completely see through would have liked to be able to leave reviews on individual items but for reference it was the brown marble midi slit dress honestly could see everything even the lining of the dress is see through Not the quality I expected for the price

Lovely items

Lovely items but I think it s very poor they don t pay for returns and the shipping cost is high in my opinion I brought a dress that didn t arrive in time it cost me 10 to receive and return it So for that I llNot be buying from there again

Good turn around but disappointed with quality of garments

Service was excellent fast turn around but this is the second purchase from Pink Boutique and both garments have been really disappointing with regards to quality and likeness of that within the photo Looks like the photos have been enhances and colouring quality of the garments do not match
