First off all

First off all- my first order was cancelled error on the system had to re-order- using Amazon delivery- Dress has arrived it s a lovely dress- not sure about the high quality of it I like to invest in decent items that last years first time buying from this boutique I d say it s a 8 10 Maybe I ll purchase again who knows xoxo

Company ok - products not ok

Easy from start to finish - delivery times were spot on and east to navigate through website and ordering However the product which was 35 peplum T-shirt was poorly made and didn t survive 1st wash and wear - with the seams coming apart Due to me having worn the product and washing I have obviously not be able to send back Company ok - products not so much

First order

The coat that I ordered was too big on me so I had to return it However my order was delivered on time and my refund was processed promptly I may order from here again in future

Prompt service

Prompt service however lots of companies provide free delivery but if item returned postal charges are applied I order quite a lot and think they should adopt the same system

Great clothing

I ve been shopping with Pink Boutique for a number of years now It was one of those lucky moments when I stumbled across the store that seemed to have something different than what the general fashion was I recently bought some items and I loved all of them however the items I did keep the sizing only went down to an 8 and it appeared that I would be a size 6 in some cases so I had to return some items due to them being a little bit big I do find the sizes are not true and are either a bit big or too small Most of the items I bought I ve kept even though they do still run a bit big That s the only thing I would say If you could have size 6 options as well

Very impressed With the shoes and the box Shoes are gorgeous and very ellegant for my weeding I give 4 star because they are not leather I prefer leather shoes otherwise super happy I have to say I don t expect such an ellegant box looks great quality I recommend

Good quality items Had to send them back due to sizing and had the option to exchange Only down side is added cost for postage postage protection and returns Bt not a major just makes me mor likely to use other options where i am able to opt in to free next day delivery returns etc
