Delivery charges

My chosen outfit was absolutely stunning The quality was amazing So pleased and I will definitely be ordering again however I paid 8 99 for a Saturday Delivery and I never received it till Tuesday I did contact asking for a refund and I ve had no response If you order just give yourself plenty of time to receive your goods

Clothes are nice although I returned mine as it didn t suit me But the prices they charge to deliver and return is allot I won t order again simply for that

Received the black snake print leggings

Received the black snake print leggings and they literally smelt like fish lol Before I even opened the packet you could smell fish off putting to order again and a bit concerning

Very quick delivery great when you

Very quick delivery great when you needing something to wear for an occasion The only thing was the flowers on my top fell off not stitched tight enough Everything else I have received has been perfect including sizing

The dress was badly made

The dress was badly made I first ordered a 14 whilst I m normally a 12 as I didn t want it proper tight fitting but the way the beads was sewn onto the dress made the dress smaller it had no movement or stretch as if you tried to move the beads would then all fall off as the stitching wasn t very good I ended up with a size 16 and the beads still all popped of due to having no room at all the move

I still haven t received this item

I still haven t received this item despite 48 hour delivery process Upon looking on tracking it was sent to Royal Mail on the 13th December but they still haven t received itUpdate I have since been contacted by Pink Boutique who have offered me a full refund

Lovely clothing however the prices seem to be on the high side The brands sold on here are the same as what is sold at my local market at a fraction of the cost

Not happy with service

Not happy with service next day delivery was not actually next day I understand it s was over the festive season but it took 5 days to come when I emailed them to ask where delivery was they just said details of delivery were on the site I did not see the information I would have at least expected the next day delivery price refunded Also returns are something you have to pay for I actually wasted a lot of money with pink boutique and not a happy once loyal customer
