False advertising I placed an order for over 70 that qualified for free shipping Over 49 is free according to the site They charged me shipping regardless I emailed and was told that the carrier charged to deliver to my area Not happy I ll file a complaint with Visa to get my shipping charges refunded Do not buy from these RIP off artists As many other reviewers have had less than favorable experience with this business

BEWARE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company has TERRIBLE customer service - just DO NOT order from pink cherry There are SO MANY other sites to order from instead I ve tried twice to order a specific item but get sent a completely different item instead I saved the screenshot of my order showing the correct item number but both times they sent an item with a different inventory number I sent the screenshots to their customer service email address and tried to carefully explain what happened but they do not take the time to read through your emails nor can you actually talk to anyone when calling their phone number - it simply gives you instructions to go to the website then just hangs up TERRIBLE BUYER BEWARE If you open the shipping box you are just stuck with your purchase

Extremely untrust worthy Their product reviews are heavily screened and they won t allow any negative reviews to be posted at all- the only exception is if a negative review is something incredibly minor or the person making the review is clearly in the wrong about something If it will genuinely make them or the product look bad- they will NOT allow you to post the review They have nonexistant customer support sell items that are actually toxic to you and claim they are safe and in general are fairly scummy in their practices They almost always have a Sale on in which items are selling for regular price It s the same things you might except from aliexpress or other dodgy retailers

HORRIBLE Never received my packages from over THREE months ago I originally bought for CHRISTMAS PRESENTS I have been actively contacting the company to no avail not sure why all the positive reviews honestly seems like a scam to me Definitely warning others about this site

Pink Cherry ca has NO customer service-take your money and they have no intention to honor defective products

Bought 2expensive items online from their store Both were not as advertised and one completely defective when it arrived The only way to return is send an email before you can ship back for replacement They never so much as acknowledged the email and obviously have no intention on replacing it Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life I am thinking of involving consumer affairs-this company should be put out of business

Not only did they sell me a defective product but the product was falsely advertised on their website Their website also didn t have the product material on there so what arrived was some special tpe which is not body safe Customer service refused to refund me and want me to ship the item back first at my own cost Shipping costs half of what the item is worth what s the point of getting a refund then Do not buy from this company their items have incorrect descriptions they steal your money and have bad customer service

This is a scumbag of a company Four times I complained about receiving a defective product in this case a violet wand kit that doesn t work The emails were ignored and their telephone number simply disconnects If they received my message I made no secret of my goal to warn as many people anywhere as I can of their non existent customer service Amazon has many of the same products as Pink Cherry and they are cheaper I could have gotten the identical product cheaper and it would have been refunded no questions asked if it were defective

Horrible customer service multiple times Delayed items or refunded items as they can t get stock under control Not actually coming from Canada Will not buy again Please rethink there are better stores that deserve your money more Edit 1 example I got 2 trial travel lubes for 24 on sale from 30 93 ml is the regular size and nowhere did it state was travel size at the time of purchase

Usually have had okay experiences with this company Made a 100 dollar order 2 weeks ago The most expensive toy in it died after 5 uses Looks like they won t post my review on the toy as their ratings are all inflated- and from looking online other people say pink cherry didn t post their honest unhappy reviews either

Their item descriptions are not accurate The sizes are much smaller than what the item description says They also wont return or exchange anything if the shipping container is opened It doesnt matter if the item is still in its box Very bad customer service Dont order from this website
