I loved my products upon receiving them Shipping was fast the price was okay Made quite a large order but the product the most expensive product ended up being defective after a few weeks unfortunately it didn t break until about a month after asked about a return was promptly offered some tips tricks Sadly none worked so quickly the item was deemed defective I was promptly sent instructions to return since the order was over 30 days old I was expected to pay the return shipping which was as much as the product initially lol I brought this up quickly was told that as a one time exception the manager would approve a shipping label that was okay and I appreciated that but I did have to question the factory warranty being honoured but it costing me just as much to ship the item as to just outwardly replace it for my next order if it were become defective as well when I brought this up I was met with a very unconcerned response that many other companies don t cover return shipping to have a nice day no real explanation into why or why not when I expressed that it doesn t seem like pink cherry is very confident in their product I was met with a Thankyou Have a nice day Thankyou When I called the line said to email product was great when it worked But it gets expensive if it doesn t I would expect more than 2 months out of it lol

Paid 30 for fast shipping and never got my package Took 2 days for a response They promised that it was sent but were going to send it again I told them that I didn t pay 30 to get it two weeks later and asked for a refund and they gave me a full refund Wont be buying from them again

Company that doesn t know when to take the L

I have ordered from this company a couple times now Orders were always kind of small But this is the first time I ordered something kind of expensive 300 They led me on for a whole month about my order being sent to the carrier Just now I received confirmation from the carrier that my order has been cancelled due to no show So shipper never sent the package or it got lost in the process or stolen I ll never know since I won t be reordering from them again and I don t advise anybody to do the same Maybe a thing that s worth 10-20 but I d deal with a more reputable seller if it s more expensive Oh and terrible customer service They gave me some of their sh-y points and that s it Waiting for a refund now Update got my refund rather quickly that s why I m giving 2 stars

Sale prices are just regular price

Pinkcherry must think we re all stupid or don t have the internet They always have sales but the prices are a lie The sale price they give is always the regular price of the same item I can find in the local adult store So while it seems they are on sale your actually just paying regular price Do they really think people don t research this kinda stuff Ive had a few good lingerie purchases from them but quite a few horrible stockings knee high socks purchases so it s hit or miss They also take a long time to ship I got orders from the US faster then I did from them which is annoying For me I hate companies who lie to people just to get sales they should take a hard look at their business model Honesty goes a long way

The measurements on the website did not match the package The website said insertable length 6 width 1 25 at largest point but the package said 5 5 x 1 75 I specifically wanted something thinner and even compared the measurements of a few products to ensure I got what I was comfortable with

So far product selection is good and presented nice w useful reviews Things go downhill at ordering where I m shown VERY CLEARLY IN THE CARTthat I qualify for feee shipping and free gifts for my order 100But as soon as I check out the gift is removed and the shipping suddenly costs 5 because my order was 100I abort checkout and contact chat support they say I don t qualify because of where I live which they knew at the cart stage But if I email them IMMEDIATELY after the order they ll refund me I do this and still have to argue back and forth about the free shipping gift offer and send screenshots and they say that even though the checkout process stated my order was 100 which it wasn t the REAL reason is my address My address is on a major interstate with large towns nearby I have never had a location surcharge in 20y of online shopping Bait and switch They say they ve refunded and added the gift but now I need to go reconcile bank statements More trouble than it s worth Should have just ordered from Amazon who don t mess up like this I suspect they throw that 5 on all orders cos it would clock up fast

Fake reviews poor support

Their prices are good especially during sales However their reviews are fake - almost all of their products are rated 5 stars When I tried posting a negative review for a product I ve purchased it was never posted I ve also purchased a defective item from them and wanted to get a refund They ve only offered an exchange and then I had to pay for shipping There s no point in exchanging one defective product for another

Good products horrible website and customer service Their loyalty points are bugged and wont leave the pending stage even after the 5-7 business days you re meant to wait and when you complain about it to their customer support they ll just tell you to wait the 5-7 business days It s as if they dont read your complaints fully at all
