Refusal to update shipping over a week away

Will not be ordering again for safety sake alone So I have had several orders from Pink Cherry over the last year or so and on the overall I gotta say I love it Great toys good prices as I have read here a lot one of the lowest shipping rates within Canada As of todays order which populated a prior Work address for me with the auto fill I will not be ordering again including receiving this order Even though the order was 5 minutes old they refused outright to even look at a change of address I m still quoted 8 days until arrival not even a shipping label created yet and this will be going to a job I quit 2 years ago but still have to deal with in a professional manner daily as a client Any Company selling what pink cherry does has to take the protection of personal information as a highest concern and they just do not Will not be ordering again ever Several other places to shop with less strict policies in place I could understand it if my shipping was 24-48 hours but 8 days and you cannot fix an address I won t buy it After 2 emails and this review this has been resolved they will now ship to the address on file Still will not risk this happening again a very sad customer

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing It seems like this company might be a scam My order never arrived and when I reached out to get this resolved I kept receiving cookie-cutter responses which didn t answer my questions or resolve the issue When I pushed harder the customer service agent Lisa was incredibly short with me and condescending Rather than try to figure out the right solution i e make sure I get my items in time for Christmas she just refunded my order So at least I got my money back But this was all a huge waste of time and now I have to go find a new Christmas gift for my spouse
