First mistake placed order before

First mistake placed order before finding out they didn t have a phone number for support calls Ordered and picked expedited shipping Second mistake expedited shipping didn t say how many days or mention how fast that would be or anything Then I placed the order and asked how long it would take The original answer was it has been popular we have to use a different warehouse I asked for any estimate and was just provided the same answer I luckily used paypal and my credit card so I put them both in dispute and emailed the company to ask to cancel and they didn t respond and just replied that it was on delay

Don t do business with this company

Horrible customer service and I still have received no update on my order Sent multiple emails asking for a status and have paid for expedited shipping I will be alerting this transaction to my bank so that the company doesn t get a single dime from me DO NOT do business with this company they are thieves and have no intent on delivering on a purchase

Dont order from here order a cardigan 10 days later told me was out of stock and trying to charge me 15 service charge to cancel when they sold me something that they didnt have Trying to fight for my full refund had to get paypal involved They are literally charging you to be inconvenient do not order from here

Scam

So they basically stole money from me I never received a conformation email or an email stating they shipped my items They took the money from my PayPal account then nothing happend I tried reaching out to the company multiple times but no response I made my purchase march 12th 2017 and paid 43 46 to this company and still have received nothing I would either like my items or I plan on suing the company for the many people out there including myself that have been scammed from this website

Fraud File a complaint with Internet Crime Complaint Center

I never received my item and got a bogus tracking number and a bad link to check order status This is obviously a fraudulent company File a complaint with the internet crime complaint center to get them shut down IC3 dot gov Update after filing a complaint with PayPal they suddenly had my item in stock and sent a package with tracking number However it was just some random piece of junk clothing that was nothing like what I ordered They did it to get PayPal off their backs Once a tracking number shows delivered apparently PayPal won t take further action Total fraud this company Response to their below reply I never received the item I paid for

pinkqueen com They re a bunch of scammers Do NOT I repeat do NOT order anything from Pink Queen unless you want to be ripped off I had placed an order on April 22 2020 finally received an email from them on May 4th saying my item has been shipped but May 27th arrives still no bandana so I immediately contacted my bank to let them know that I had been scammed they Immediately refunded the full amount while still on the phone with me Melodic Day Pink Queen is the same company STAY AWAY These f ers need to be shut down shame on them for ripping people off I hope karma bites you in the ass hard
