Never received my jeans ordered on 4 27 23 I have received two tracking notices the first one indicated an arrival date of 5 8 Then I received a notice from UPS on first tracking stating to check on this item because they never received my item The second tracking Just indicates it s being shipped now from California the first one stated being shipped from Texas I m over it and just want a refund

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY Same experience as others cited they include in the response to my return request that it is more costly to pay for the return fee vs purchasing the product Unacceptable The quality is so poor and I had included a comment re sizing which they then used to cite their return policy re size as a crutch to not cover the return cost I think the clue here would have been to read the return policy and see all the grammatical errors as a good warning sign to stay away DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

DONT DO IT I ordered my birthday dress on the 1st paid extra for express shipping it s now Nov 12th No tracking number no Nothin Same run around they give you your order is prepared for shipping 11 days later no tracking no nothing thank you for ruining my birthday Never again wish I would of read the reviews before ordering

Pretty Tina is a scam they are based out of China once you purchase from them you can t return anything back because the cost of return is over 100 and plus dollars and that s why they discourage you from returning anything back I bought some dresses from this site none of them fits I ordered the same sizes 2 were too small and two too big Whe I tried to return no shipping label is provided I got someone s name to return them and was instructed to not provide the price of the dresses at the post office because it would be too much to ship back If that s not a scam I don t know what is

I don t even feel comfortable with 1 star I bought a dress last month hoping it would be here by my birthday weekend Nothing I have reached out to them with this fake tracking number they provided and they tell me it is in high demand and they apologize I demanded a refund and yet still nothing DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUT NOTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY

I am very concerned about my purchase That I made on June 24 2023 using my PayPal account I reached out to Pretty Tina after several weeks through the dm on Facebook I received a message that requested my tracking number of my order I was told there was a backlog of this particular dress When I attempted to track my order the system doesn t recognize my tracking number Not absolutely sure this is a scam or not which I was so worried about before I made the purchase however clearly something is definitely wrong I can t find any information to make a direct telephone call Highly disappointed
