Reviews does matter as I thought it was only me this site wanted 59 98 but I see I m not alone On the 9th December they ve been trying to take 14 99 from my card so I need to block my card Thank God I don t have more than a few pounds on my card

Fair to say this company was on Tik Tok pretending to sell Victoria secret body spray set only to find out it was a continuous payment rang my bank told them it s fraud also report their video as fraud they are disgusting company they won t be getting any more of my money

As the other reviewers have said they are taking money without consent - I paid a postage fee for a competition I thought I was entering but the competition fee was directed to this bunch of crooks I don t know who playpinnacle is or what they do but they have taken two payments from my bank The bank won t refund as they said I had apparently paid for a trial 3 days for 1 87 and then I got hit with a recurring monthly payment of nearly 60 I have emailed Playpinnacle demanding a refund but they ve taken my money and ran

If I could give no stars I would paid 1 97 that was described as post and packing on Facebook only to have 59 98 tried to be taken out of my bank i have notified my bank and reported them as a fraudulent company luckily I m a sceptical sod and locked my bank card have now cancelled that one and waiting for a new one to be issued have messaged them this evening but tbh don t expect a reply from them
