Usually engineers who do these types of jobs are always trying to rush off and leave all the small details behind however Lewis from Plug Me In went through all the small details and tidied up all the wiring which someone else wouldn t even dream of doing it In this case I would like to give the maximum stars even contacted the DNO on my behalf which I am grateful for as I wouldn t have had a clue Highly recommend Plug Me In thank you

I personally rarely give reviews however I m compelled to do so on this occasion as plug me in service was exceptional from start to finish The constant informative communication from Abbie in the office who was with me every step of the way even calling the next day to confirm some additional information required and subsequently emailed to me The engineer himself Lewis who stayed right until the end of the job 7 30 pm was exceptional they couldn t do enough for me and as a business owner myself I was very impressed with the plug me in solution Thanks again

I m very pleased with the service I have received The survey was conducted thoroughly On installation day Lewis was excellent The installation has been done to a very good standard with a focus on attention to detail The site was left clean and tidy and I was shown how the charger operates The Ohme charger is neat and easy to use I d recommend using the app to set schedules to enjoy the best electric rates

We have had a heat pump installed by the Plug Me In team consisting of Alex Barry Josh and electricians Declan and Shad These guys were brilliant right through the days of installation They were very professional punctual and friendly The work was completed to a very high standard and they communicated with us well and answered all our questions We would definitely highly recommend this team and company
