Recently bought my dream guitar a Martin in the Cardiff store great experience and service Unfortunately after 10 days I realised it was not the right guitar for my needs I went to the Oxford store and had another great dose of customer service from Richard and the team there Have now traded it the Martin for a Taylor that is the right guitar for my needs I used to live in Bristol and store was on the whole very well ran there as well I have found the staff at PMT to be knowledgeable helpful and engaged Highly recommend going to buy all my future music gear from PMT
