Have used the site for a long time never had any of the problems as described They are the best site for on-line poker in my opinion because there are always players to play against and their format is very good Many of these problems are caused by the recent changes in UK legislation that require exhaustive proof of id to prevent money laundering and cheating etc I must admit that the process of providing id is problematic and perseverance is required this will be mirrored by all on-line poker providers I suggest a small deposit followed by providing id and when it is approved withdraw the deposit and don t deposit any more money until you can do this As for the poor customer service sounds pretty bad to me and they must be making a vast amount of money so they need to get it sorted out I recently received racist xenophobic abuse via the chat during a game and gathered the evidence and am going to make a complaint and see what action they take As for the suggestions that the action with the cards is fiddled if it were true and found out it would bankrupt their company A more believable explanation is that we tend to always remember the bad beats we receive and forget the bad beats we give
