The Most Perfect Bags

I have purchased about quite a few bags from this site after seeing good reviews everywhere else Every package has been delivered within the week to where I live in New York The quality is superior and the details are impeccable - Polene has a place in my heart and is comparable to the few favorite luxury designer handbags I adore and own The leather does not feel cheap and each bags have elevated even the most simplest of outfits I will not invalidate the poorly rated reviews - I do think Polene needs to work on their customer service But I will give them credit where its due I forgot to enter a promo code for a card case on top of my purchase that occurred around November 2021 and I emailed about twice or so explaining that I forgot to put a promo code They never responded to the email and I originally gave up and just thought it was my fault I forgot it in the first place I got my original order that I paid for and the next day I got a surprise mail with the card case that I forgot to claim with the promo code I ve learned that they don t necessarily respond to emails right away but rather put in the work and this honestly has kept my loyalty to the brand I am one to not trust what influencers on social media project and I know this brand has been pushed A LOT by influencers to the point I almost didn t want to purchase All that changed after I brought the numero un nano This led me to also get the numero neuf which is unarguably the most unique bag I have ever seen I have ordered numero uno un nano as gifts for others and everyone seems to be obsessed with these bags I wish they did have a reward point system or something - but it s totally up to the brand and their policies I hope they continue to succeed

Beautiful bag great quality Shipping to Australia took about a month but was in 2020 so can t blame Polene for the delay Have been using this bag for two years now and it s still looking great I love it
