Warning SCAM - Poloniex froze my account now released

Poloniex finally released my funds after 1 1 2 weeks of waiting Changing from 1 star to 3 stars Not good enough Poloniex froze my account without reason and asked me to re-verify using their app I have been waiting well over one week now with no reply Before the freeze I managed to withdraw half my funds I still have thousands locked with them I originally verified with them many years ago I have traded many many times on their platform No problems with them taking fees Now they have gone all quite DO NOT USE SCAM

Don t see deposit in my wallet

6th March a ETH deposit was sent to Poloniex but i still don t see it in my wallet in spite of the transaction was successfull 19th March I posted a ticket but for today i just recieved from the support I have passed this case to the team that is able to assist you and no more further actions Ticket ID 1328082UPD Few days later the problem has been fixed

I had a pretty good experience in 2017-2019 Since 2019 something changed as I could see longer delays for withdrawals I lost some funds while lending and it took Poloniex about 1 year to return the funds lost At least they did return that

They made a mistake but support corrected it in an acceptable timeframe

I give Poloniex 3 stars because my experience was mixed and not ideal but support resolved the issue acceptably quickly I transferred cryptos to the site several times without problems but the last time the transfer just vanished from my history although the tokens did arrive based on the blockchain records This shocked me and I immediately thought of a scam I contacted the support and they responded after a few hours and told me that the will forward this information to the technical department After not hearing from them for 3 days I contacted the support again and they assured me that they are processing my request Two days later the deposit arrived So it took 5 days to resolve the issue which is acceptable for me but the errors on the website should be resolved in the future to avoid such errors

Probably the best cryptocurrencies trading site just a little slow when loading graphs but excellent in anything else

Good platform

Pretty decent exchange you can loan out coin to margin traders and make some daily interest I personally have not had a problem as of yet

Support is great if you are verified

Deposit Withdrawal slow about 12h I bought some cheap Lisk 1 cheaper than Bittrex I had no problems i think they are just overloaded Or maybe selective scam

Trading here is easy and profitable

Compared to Kraken this exchange is light years better I m only giving it 4 stars cause you can t link bank account and exchange fiat Execution times are fast good for day trading I used kraken before and lost loads of money getting double filled orders not going through etc At least with poloniex if you lose it s because you were wrong on the trade not incompetence from the people running the site As far as customer service have not had to place a trouble ticket so have no experience there If you just want to trade crypto and aren t worried about converting it back into fiat this exchange is great
