I have two separate orders I ve placed from them for myself and my girl and I ve been waiting for pair of shoes and a pair of boots since August of this year I ve emailed them asking for a refund and nothing I thought It would be OK and just take a chance and trust it cause it was an ad I came across on facebook but I kinda had a feeling it was too good to be true and sure enough I was right What can I do now to get my money back I have proof of email s showing my purchases Please if anyone finds a way on how to get refunded from these crooks let me know please Thank you God bless

I ordered a pair of sandals from what I believed was Russell Bromley My account was debited by a Chinese company and the sandals have never arrived I tried contacting them through the order confirmation email they sent me and it bounced back Very clever fake website I didn t notice that the url kept changing Have reported it to my bank and Facebook

SCAM Ordered something one month ago still hasn t arrived days awaiting shipment Gone on the help support on their website tried to email them and it bounced back saying email dosen t exist Scam Disgusting how can you rob peoples innocent money Vile vile people Need shutting down

Took money No goods delivered

Inabl to make contact via non existing phone number Emailed then 20 times and will continue to do so e everyday until i get a result and have contact3d online legal services to help get my money back as have never received my orderIf you are not going to provide me with the goods I ve paid for at least have the decency to reply and issue a full refund If i dont hear from you by return i will have no alternative but to seek legal advice

Only one star because you can t give them a minus score took the money didn t deliver the goods Waited 3 months was told between 10-20 working days apparently because of COVID Refused to give money back for not receiving goods Computer generated reply for customer service

Order never dispatched Emails to their help line are never answered or bounce In my research I have found dozens of similar companies all advertising the same products all with the same support email address or addresses I suspect they are all one scammer

If I could give you zero stars I would This website is a scam It is now past the eta for my order and my order is still awaiting shipment I have emailed them twice with no response In hindsight when unsure of a website check if the website has a review section check if the online chat actually has a link consider if the price of the item is believable and check if they have a phone number and address to contact Also the photos have been stolen from legit sellers and they have several different websites with the same fake ass email address
