Flexible Time Management

The research opportunity provided by polygence through it s mentors to High school students is excellent Polygence was very flexible in extending the timelines to me and that provided me to complete my research along with my high school academic course pressure Thank you

I liked the way the Polygence research

I liked the way the Polygence research program is structured Students have the option to meet with some of the mentors who can help provide valuable guidance in selecting a research field and narrow down the topic Moreover the program offers flexibility and works around students schedules Whenever we reached out to polygence regarding any concerns they were all ears and prompt in addressing those Students also have a say regarding who they want to work with My daughter s mentor s easy availability breadth of knowledge and helpful guidance was instrumental in successful completion of the project I truly appreciate their commitment to the shared goal

Polygence s usefulness

Polygence provides a helpful experience for high schoolers who want to do research My daughter wanted to do experimental research and analyze her results in the paper and her mentor Andrew helped her design the experiment and guided her with the steps she would take in the experiment and further chemical analyses she would do Although my daughter was happy with the help she got we believe a student s experience really depends on their mentor and how much the mentor cares for their work Another mentor might not have been so attentive and helpful Polygence also only offers 2 opportunities for official writing check and only 10 sessions which my daughter felt were not enough

Polygence was great

It exceeded my expectations and was an amazing experience I got to use my voice and incorporate everything I wanted into my paper There are a lot of knowledgeable mentors and the mentor match for me was spot on The Polygence workspace is also very organized There are also a lot of great publication options

Paper on Accessible Education

My daughter wrote a very interesting paper and she is now going to publish it with UC Irvine Her mentor has been very knowledgeable and supportive

It was more than a research experience

It was an opportunity that allowed me to stay close to my passions and interests Lily was always there for me and she helped me more than I could ask She also supported me with my research paper and my college application process Her support encouragement and understanding were a big part of my continuing my work and finishing it We also exchanged our experiences and cultures making me feel ready to pursue my education journey in the United States I have built a strong relationship with her More importantly participating in the Polygence program was more than I expected I have built my research skills and problem-solving and produced a longer writing length than I ever imagined I am truly grateful for the experience

Worth Every Penny

Arya learnt a lot working on the project He was happy to see the practical application of the math he studied in school and more I could see it challenged him quite a bit as he was engrossed in thought even when he was not actively working on it He sure enjoyed it thoroughly and is looking forward to working on another one

Wonderful Experience

My daughter had a wonderful experience with Polygence Tyler and his team were always open to our feedback and concerns and took them seriously When we requested a change of mentor after a few sessions Tyler immediately assigned the best mentor for my daughter Since she missed a few sessions in the beginning Tyler matched those sessions at no extra cost We are thrilled that my daughter learned so much during the completion of her project I highly recommend Polygence to all students who are willing to work on independent research projects

It is a very good first time experience

It is a very good first time experience for a high schooler The mentor is very organized guided and engaged my child through the process well We are very proud of the outcome and achievement

I am giving a 5 rating because Polygence was proactive when there were issues with the mentor We had a great experience with my older daughter s mentor few years ago However I was not quite happy with my younger daughter s mentor She rescheduled several times almost every time was last minute However at the end she is happy with her research paper I am proud of her hard work
