The sweets i received had a smell tasted awful and was returned after going backwards and forwards over the postage which they kindly helped with an Evri return label i am still waiting for a response from posted sweets to see if i get my full refund inc p p or receive what i ordered originally and a goodwill gesture from then for the inconvenience i had

Requested to leave feedback for a missing order
OK so selected an order to send to colleagues as a thank you a couple of weeks ago After almost a week finally received a notification that the order had been dispatched A further week on and no mention from anyone to say thank you so asked the recipient to confirm if she had received the order and she confirmed it hadn t arrived I then contacted Posted Sweets and after a couple of days informed that the package was at the couriers dispatch warehouse and asked me to yet again confirm the full postal address which I had already supplied I replied to Posted Sweets the delivery address is the same as the one I submitted on the order form and haven t had any response since then except for a request to leave them feedback on my experience with them which is ironic as having paid for the order and supplied the information required they haven t fulfilled their contract

Already unhappy and that s without even seeing the sweets
Ordered the sweets on 6 November I now find estimated delivery is 16th November This is ridiculous considering there is a 3 99 charge These are sweets not a sofa And they might not even get here by then Sorry but Postedsweets are already off my Christmas recommendation I m returning to a quarter of com In response to your response Everything in my review is factual If people are happy to wait 10 days or possibly more for a bag of sweets then that s their call I think it is poor If you the company think this is ok then maybe put that detail on your site so it s clear Had I emailed you about this your response would have been the same as below I m sure Hiding behind the deliverer is lame You should own the process after all it is yours and therefore use a company who deliver quicker I understand you don t like bad reviews and your sweets may well be lovely but I m about the whole experience and that s a 1 star

Avoid stay away i waited for the sweets to turn up for my sons birthday and they didnt even arrive on time and the staff are very rude i was supose to have a tracking number txted to me never even got one let alone got the sweets

False Advertising
Tried to redeem my wowcher voucher but was unable to via the company s website I had sent two emails asking Posted Sweets to redeem the voucher - first sent on the 8th Oct the second on the 16th Oct received no response Checked Wowchers website and the company are still advertising 3 sweet hamper deals - though mine was sweets and chocolates However when you go to their website they have no 3 deals - not even under the sale section which would mean the wowcher voucher can not be redeemed for the goods a customer has paid for - a case of false advertising to bolster their profit margin Your reply on the 28th October 2022 is an absolute lie I still have the message from Wowcher when I questioned how to redeem because it couldn t be done on their website They replied it had to be redeemed via your company and provided me with the link and instructions Furthermore I have not received any replies from your company Regarding the 3 offer - you say you do not offer it so tell me this - why did you only ask for and take 3 out of my bank account Response to your reply dated 29th October 2022 Please don t reply to me again I don t engage with people whose souls are entrench with deception and lies

Just generally cheep nasty sweets like the dolphins didn t even look remotely like dolphins and I order certain sweets but there was mostly sweets I don t like and I didn t order

Some of the bags was damaged and 3 bags of the sweets the sweets was rock hard and should be soft and when sent a refund for 2 of the bags thought was insult so won t use again
