We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours Monday - Friday however most emails are responded to within 4 - 6 hours I sent a complaint at least a week ago

Think it was expensive for what I received used for party bag fillers and the kids all enjoyed but I think I could of done it for alot less difficult in these hard times to justify spending that much

good quality sweets shame the delivery is sooo poor

ordered the mystery box of sweets was told the delivery would be within a few days a week later after me contacting them was told the sweets were being dispatched that day a further week still no sweets contacted them again was told the sweets were on their way no apology sure enough they arrived the next day on a 24 hour delivery Good sweets uteerly useless logistic department p s their response is A incorrect my first order wasnt made during the busiest period thart was my 2nd order B their answers to why the sweets hadnt arrived were both blaise and worse lies

Certainly not worth 40 plus post as most aren t even branded sweets but ok for the half price offer from groupon 3 paid for the offer then 20 for sweets and 4 postage so 27 in all So as I say ok but definitely wouldn t pay full price for them

Sweets were ok My children were a little disappointed in the selection Too many sour sweets and sweets they didn t recognise and not enough chocolate Unfortunately I ve still got the majority of the box left

Can t say I m overly impressed Brought through a wowcher offer Still cost a fortune and the mix of gummy sweets are poor Mostly all the same no fizzy ones nothing Don t call it a mix if it s not

Unimpressed with quality

I bought a few packets of sweets for nostalgia sake cola bottles jelly strawberries jelly babies Love Hearts They tasted nothing like they should and in fact were pretty flavorless I ended up binning most of them apart from the Love Hearts I would not buy from this company again

8kg package is not worth it

First parcel didn t arrive so I notified them and they said there was no tracking details so they sent another without question which was good However on the second attempted parcel arriving ny order of 8kg of assorted sweets retail at 99 with a 3 Groupon voucher reduced it by 50 and with delivery to just over 53 I was very disappointed with the contents Mostly own brand repackaged sweets and two large 700g bags of mixed gummy pick and mix Where were the American candy the retro ones etc Only 3 items were branded like Refreshers sticks Working it out as I would buy them ordinarily from a shop I don t believe this 8kg box is worth it Disappointing for a birthday present but I ve learned from it
