Communication could be better issues with delivery that was sent back I ve written 3 emails to posted sweets only one response Still waiting for issue to be resolved

Delivery was a nightmare

Delivery was a nightmare Took two weeks and not advertised 3-5 working days I contacted customer service and they responded quickly but sadly passed buck to couriers They first told me was Evri but then that it was Parcelforce Aggressive responses defending Posted Sweets accepted no responsibility for delivery issues even though they chose couriers to use They did agree to a refund but next day sweets arrived I gave three stars because the sweets were very good so no problem with the products just the business model in using a poor delivery service During the delay I ordered from another provider and received the sweets before those from Posted Sweets arrived Delivered by Parcel Force as well

Order received today eveything i ordered was in it except a free pick and mix i got an email about i ordered using this email and ligged into my account I usually have no problems with anything i order

Ordered a Halloween box the tub arrived but only half the sweets are Halloween themed as advertised Not overly impressed to be honest Quality of sweets however is good

Bought this half price 3 offer on Groupon My views 1 At 53 doesn t feel like value for money2 Sweets themselves are not high quality although not poor Pocket money penny sweets standard 3 Truly resent the inclusion of 11 bottles of a second grade brand Zodiac 330ml soft drink to bulk out the weight This feels like sharp practice which is why 1 above applies If I buy confectionery I want candy not cheap pop4 Won t be re-purchasing for sure

Good site just shame they use royal

Good site just shame they use royal mail for delivery as I didn t get my order at all I believe they are sending anouther one see if I get that But it was just such alot of hassle as you can t email or talk to royal mail nightmare 6 days

Not good for me

Ive bought these sweets before and they were great I bought them a 2nd time through groupon and nobody liked them some of the sweets tasted soapy perfumey and not nice loads of marshmallows in a gummy mix white chocolate mixed with coconut is not a nice tasting combination for a sweet So no i dont rate them or recommend them as most of mine went in the bin as not even the kids would eat them

Lovely products but the ordering and delivery service could be better I would like to see an option if a gift card as my sweets were delivered to a friend and I had to tell her as the parcel had no indication if who it was from Also the 3 4 day delivery is a long time for that reason alone I won t use the service again but try to find a next day delivery one

Let down

I read the reviews before ordering and thought this company looked good The liquorice allsorts and milk bottles are rock hard the other things I bought as gifts I would be embarrassed to give the bags look cheap and the labelling isn t even on the label Not what I was expecting at all

Not overwhelmed my free gift was flying sources well they re disgusting they make me heave The large white chocolate drops won t very large and when you to take them out of the bag they only fill tube a quarter of the tube
