I ve been using gains for just over 8month and I couldn t say one bad thing about any meal I ve had the food is delicious an the service is excellent Stick with the best to get the best out of yourself

Wish I started sooner
Since coming to Prep By Gainz I have not looked backkk I started due to a busy lifestyle and didn t have motivation to prepare meals whilst on the go I can t fault them Food is amazing so much to choose from the team are top top people I do a collection every week and never been happier

Really lovely food
Really lovely food always great flavours Quick and easy to do online and there is always new food being added which is nice to be able to try different things I have used the meals for weight loss and I can see a difference already in a couple of months

I adore PrepByGainz
I adore PrepByGainz I have tried other meal prep companies and this is the best The food is really delicious I add a lot of salt to food even in restaurants but I don t have to add it to PrepByGainz meals They have so much flavour from spices etc They are also good if you are counting protein or calories The portions are big and really fill you up I cook extra veg to have on the side of mine I also really like that they don t have a lot of bad ingredients in them The app is really easy to use and you choose your meals every week in the app Also if you don t have cash in your bank when the subscription money is due and it declines PrepByGainz automatically tries again in a few days which is so handy for someone like me who is often skint I had a problem one week with my subscription and I phoned up PrepByGainz didn t have to wait in a queue and spoke to a human Andrew who took my call was so helpful and got my order sorted and sent out that day I look forward to my future with PrepByGainz Thank youTatiana
