I am new to Prezzee and found the wallet system confusing I queried the balance by email and got an immediate response - very unusual these days A follow up email from customer service explained the situation perfectly that I had two egift cards and advised how to view them I am very impressed with the customer service I received which resolved my query to my full satisfaction

The Perfect Way to Gift Starbucks

Since Starbucks stopped doing gift cards I ve only been able to give cash to people for birthdays etc Now I can give them Prezzee vouchers which feels a lot better The vouchers are accepted without any problem and are much appreciated
