As smooth as it can be

From the first call with the sales team to the handover of finished system by the engineer everything went very smooth I had my old water cylinder and boiler system converted to a combi boiler The whole process took 2 days including discarding of all old water tanks redoing the water pipes and getting a new gas pipe installed which was exactly what I was told Engineer arrived on time on both days and finished when he said he would finish Obviously it is a messy job but I was even pleasantly surprised that the engineer was hoovering every couple of hours as he finished each room not to mention he has covered everywhere he needed to walk with covers anyway They took away all the mess from the previous system got my boiler registered for warranty and even I got a partial refund for the gas pipe installation as it was less than planned I wish all companies that I work with worked like Prime Time Boilers

From survey to boiler installation everything was easy and perfect

Primetime boilers were able to install a new boiler within 2 days of my enquiry Although there were a few issues no fault of theirs they returned to complete the job without fuss Throughout the process the engineer kept me informed and explained the system clearly There was never any mess throughout or when they left I would recommend Primetime boilers if you need a new one

Solar panels and battery unit installed after looking around for a company to install Prime was chosen and the first thing was the information provided including the equipment specifications together with the details for the works Order placed and a visit from an independent contractor to check the system and application - all ok Prime confirmed date of installation and all works carried out to a high level with the system working as stated All people involved with the works did so with professionalism and care Very happy and all paperwork and completion certificates received 3 days after installation completed Highly recommend using this company

New boiler

Ian did a great job for me he got the new boiler fitted and working much quicker than I expected He left my house clean so that was a bonus Would definitely recommend him
