I d give zero if I could I purchased an item that states it can be returned if not satisfied within 60 days After 14 days I contacted the company I received email saying they d get back to me within 48 hours I cut them some slack and waited 5 days I contacted again and got same generic reply I did this a third time and received same generic reply The company has made no effort to respond at all This is a site that sells numerous items I d advise customers to stay well away They don t honour their advertised return policy Don t use them
