Dawn and Claire exceeded our expectations at every stage of the process Firstly by achieving a rental yield higher than similar properties in the area and secondly by taking care of the maintenance issues that arise in a cost-efficient manner using local tradespeople rather than large companies that charge a premium Being a small business they were very adaptable and worked with us to tailor their service to meet our needs For example we wanted to be quite hands off and set a cost threshold for repairs below that threshold Property Possibilities had full authority to get on with the repair and just send us the bill and only discuss more expansive repairs in advance with us This fully customizable service was not something larger agents were able to offer to the same extent Moreover we are renting our home while working overseas and it was important to us to appoint an agent who will really look after our home in the same way they would look after their own On our very first meeting with Dawn we knew she was the right person to trust with this task I can t recommend them highly enough
