Amazing Customer Support

I singed up for the AIA course about 10 days ago I was well into the training videos when I got an invitation to the 78 Day Profit Challenge The training was excellent and I did my first book published today It is too early to talk about earnings so my review is about their support team Being a new student I had lots of questions even some problems Their support team is FANTASTIC I have worked in customer support call center for a three letter online service so I feel qualified rate them They earned every one of their 5 stars

I tend to have a lot of questions and have reached out to support multiple times over the span of 3 months Each time I ve reached out I received an answer within a half hour that solved my issue This company has the BEST support team around I recently tried contacting support on another site and it took me multiple days to get an answer

I was about to purchase a copy of the new course however I remembered I had the original course I sent a reply to receive assistance on how to obtain the new course A bot came back to say that someone will help you in 24 hours Well 24 hours turned into 30 minutes I was really grateful for the direction that Kayla provided me She saved me money and time and was extremely attentive to my needs I look forward to diving deep into the course and building generational wealth Thank you team AIA

AIA always provides fast and courteous feedback and assistance to any questions or concerns I have I have taken online courses before but this one is by far the best

I just signed up for the program

I just signed up for the program I was having difficulty signing into my account I reached out to support and received an automated response indicating that I d be contacted on the next business day This was on the weekend so I had not expectation that I d be hearing from anyone until Monday To my surprise I received an email from one of the support team She reset my password for me I tried again and still had an issue She discovered the issue reset my account and I was all set I am super impressed by the support team at publishing com

Courteous kind and prompt response from the support team Amazing they are even available on weekends My issue was resolved quickly So grateful for the community the twins and coaches have built to ensure students feel well-supported Thank you to the entire team for leading the way with professionalism and a genuine desire for and commitment to our success

Their program is terrific because it is SO thorough They really run a tight ship which helps a lot with my confidence I needed their organization and guidelines I m continually shocked that they ve remembered to include even the tiniest steps along with a check-off form so we don t miss anything And their customer service is ON it I would never do this without coaching and my coaches are superior Maybe I just got lucky but they are both perfect for me I am NOT a natural writer so writing my first books are a big deal to me I go to sleep at night knowing I m in great hands A heartfelt thanks to the twins and the sharp staff they ve hired
