After a prolonged wait for my items

After a prolonged wait for my items yes I realize covid has backed things up but I have received other items sent from China that I ordered later than these items my order was delivered missing items I sent notification to the seller immediately and was told the item was on its way shipped separately which was untrue The team would not admit they had forgotten the item The item still sits in CHina I have requested them cancel the order as my event has come and gone They offered me 10 off No thanks

Did not receive the item

It has been several weeks and I have not received the gloves I ordered I have sent messages to the company and it still has not been resolved I have the tracking information the package has been sitting in upstate New York for many days I m certain the company can see this but they haven t tried to make it right

Buy From Anywhere Else

Very little costumer support The embroidery on the item immediately started to unravel after opening the package and the small gift that was included was a 10 off coupon for over 50 I didn t even spend that much the first time and it will be my last The whole process was a slap in the face Just order from Wish and learn how to sew by the time Punk Design gets around to shipping their product you ll already be able to make it better than their factory in china does

I am missing an item

Well I received one of the two ordered items and it says they were both delivered And the tracking number isn t a active number so I have no way to access or contact somebody about my package

Cheap materials

They take long to get the materials are cheap one button of the shirt came off right when trying it on and a link from the pants chain did too

Misleading product page not cotton cheap polyester

Specifically ordered because it said cotton but it is 100 cheap polyester made in China Pockets not sewed on all the way and a zipper that barely works Plus I don t want to wear polyester it s not good for us or the planet Please make your clothes cotton and correct the description in the meantime
