Best for shoes and accessories not for clothes Curvy women and big breast women don t bother

3 of the 5 items fit me I m surprised of the store version of a size large because that s literally a XS The boots are my favorite and i don t regret purchasing it but maybe thats what i ll use your store for

The top I wanted didn t come in my size so I went with the largest size they had and it still didn t fit The dress I wanted wasn t even available and I wasn t made aware of that until someone with the company emailed me and offered to refund me It was a disappointing purchase that left me wanting more If you fit into regular sizes you ll like this but if you re XL or bigger don t bother with this website

Item arrived with faults

Item arrived with 2 damaged points The elastic on the hood and one leather strap The trim is nice and once worn in the leather will be comfortable but the item not arriving intact has ruined this experience

Good customer service but shipping was too slow plus one of the two items I ordered wasn t in the package thus I m still waiting for it

My jacket hasn t arrived yet

My jacket hasn t arrived yet It is believed to be stuck in China because of the corona virus I checked punkdesigns website and I can t find any information about this so this could be something to keep in mind before you place an order through their website I m not able to see where the jacket is either which is making me a little anxious because I ve been waiting for it for about a month now I guess I won t see the jacket before maybe in September if it continues like this I ordered it in february It s really unfortunate Good customer service though on their website and facebook page The postoffice from where the jacket is being sent from - not so much Still waiting to get a reply from them

Amazing quality but delivery hassles

Edit I got the product way later than expected but the dress was amazing Way better quality than I thought and customer service was very helpful The delivery people were the real issue taking way longer and being very unhelpful and counter productive I wish I could rate higher because the product was so good

Nice website and fast shipping I orded a dress and a necklace the necklace chain broke the second i tried it on Its an easy fix but still annoying The dress is as shown on the website but it has a really wierd sewn shape at the hips again its a easy fix if you can sew

Well literally you were saved by your customer support Cherry Fist I brought a product that you didn t have in stock and second the product that I replaced it with Men s Goth Floral Printed Stand Collar Shirt Black arrived damaged The lowest button was broken so you can t close it I will look for a tailor to replace it it has small defect inside the button the metal circle is not the right shape so its manufacturing issue that it won t let it close Better quality control and the marketing department must upgrade what they have in stock on your website so people won t buy things that you don t have
