Best price available for raw dog food couple of things out of stock when I went to collect but owner delivered for free within 48 hours Would recommend We will be back

Always delivered quickly and always with a big smile Charlie always has time to get licked to death by my Lola she loves him and loves to see him deliver her food can t ever imagine having to buy dog food in a supermarket again thanks Charlie xx

Fantastic

After seeing Charlie s videos on Facebook we visited and bought some great products to take on our holiday to keep the dogs entertained There was so much choice but we bought knuckles and buffalo ears and the dogs loved them Quality was great and service was fantastic It s our place to get our dog treats from now and we look forward to trying more things for our dogs Looking forward to seeing Charlie s plans move forward in the future

Amazing Charlie very helpful kind and friendly Always there to help if I have any questions My dog absolutely loves all the goodies I get him he s allergic to chicken and beef so the ostrich bones and knuckles are a godsend Definitely ordering again also delivery service excellent

I ordered Ozzie s favourite frozen raw food on Sunday and Charlie messaged me to check if I would be around for delivery today I had already made arrangements to go out so I asked him to pop it in my garage for me and left my side gate open When I got home he had packed it away into my freezer for me what an absolute star he is and what superb service

Pup Planet is THE place to go

Ordering was super easy loads of products in used to ordering elsewhere but so many new ones too I think I ve found my new raw food shop Communication and delivery arrangements all spot on everything lovely and frozen solid still and a giant smile at the door Looking forward to visiting in store with our pup

This is only a small enterprise but they sell a wide variety of very nice foods and treats The young man who runs the shop is always very helpful and makes some interesting sugestions

Charlie goes above and beyond This isn t just a business for him his doggy he truly cares about making a difference in the doggy world He s so knowledgeable on all the products he sells he can never do too much for his customers Amazing selection of food toys treats I would never shop anywhere else for my doggies
