They are rubbish

They are rubbish their customer service is virtually non-existent Just in case you find that they don t do what you need its too late even within 30 mins you and ask for your money back you re out of luck and you have lost your money this is a con please check out the other 2 entries in this trust piolet review they are employees of the company Walk away find another provider Parent company pipe ten hosting Also very poor

Sends unsolicited marketing emails I should not have to unsubscribe from your marketing list when I never signed up in the first place I m sure I ll get a limp apology in response to this negative review but I have my doubts you ll stop doing it

Make the switch

I ve been a customer of Pipeten for over 10 years and have just migrated over to their new super hosting platform The migration was seemless Jamie was brilliant and patient I m not techy but don t need to be I m looking forward to the enhanced email and web security that comes with the move Thanks guys

A breath of fresh air

Purely website is a breath of fresh air in this world of web hosting I made the decision to move to them recently when my old host tripled their prices and reduced support hours Purely however are very affordable and their support is top notch I ve used the chat a few times and got quick and great reponses every single time I love that they provide a small plan for when you only have a basic web site yet it has all the bells and whistles should you need them though even the larger plans cost less than most web hosts If you are in a similar boat as I was they come highly recommended

Absolutely brilliant service Nothing is too much trouble Prompt reliable and trustworthy I m a small business and not that clued up on anything that s I T related so they were patient explaining what I needed and what would be best for me Iv been using this company for a few years and I would recommend them

No Faff and Good Service

I was impressed with the no faff pricing and the technical support for someone who really doesn t know what they are doing has been great via instant chat or emails The inclusion of Webmail as part of the solution is also a nice extra

First class service and support

I have had my 40 domains with numerous hostes but when domainmonster was amalgimated with 0ne on one it all went badly Moving to purely domains was the best decision i could of made Today i needed to move 3 domains from my account to their new owner another purely domains account I sent a support request and within an hour or so the domains had been transferred and re set up On a Saturday you can t ask much more than that
