Ordered replacement water filter GE XWFE from them as the price was good AND product is advertised on their site as GE CERTIFIED Received knock-offs with obvious relabelling and they don t even screw into the fitting They offer a 20 refund for the inconvenience AVOID THIS COMPANY

Selling FAKE products-AVOID
I ordered a replacement water filter for a GE fridge and the filter looks EXACTLY right but is missing the GE chip that allows the fridge to recognize the new filter has been installed Thus it will not work and water will not flow at all The company does not respond and the phone number goes straight to voicemail and then cuts off abruptly while you are leaving your message AVOID this company and its products

My online order was filled by a consumer not the company agent or employee of Purifymecup who got my personal contact information from a totally different company CleanWaterMug The consumer tried to return his items that didn t work for him purchased from CleanWaterMug NOT Purifymecup and he was given my address and phone number for contact from CleanWaterMug This consumer was looking for reimbursement from me I am not an employee agent or vendor for either company Total Scammers
