After my awful experience with these people who take your money con you into getting a yearly contract and returning an item in worse condition it was when you took it in for service I cannot stop thinking that all those who left a 5-star commentary were paid to do so or work for the company

The contact email for geekstechpro com does not exist I have tried to contact them to get e refund of my service fee They have charged me twice for their service I called all three of their contact numbers with no HELP I called their so called premium number 1-866-390-0722 with no answer The other two numbers 1800-454-0083 and 1-844-390-0722 were answered by their tech support person the same person on both numbers I explained my situation and was told that I would receive a call from the billing dept and have not heard from any one When I called and asked for the billing dept I was told they were not open yet This is a scam company I was connected to them through HP Help after experiencing a simple printer connection issue They have no active contact info and their domain name and email geekstechprollc com does not exist DON T USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM DONT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER BY SCREEN SHARING ONCE THEY ARE IN YOU DONT KNOW WHAT DAMAGE THEY CAN DO

I spent hours with them - it took about three hours for them to fix a printer issue and about 20 minutes to install some expensive software they persuaded me to buy I felt like I was being scammed the whole time I told them so They went into hyper-drive to convince me they are legit and bringing their God into the conversation trying to humiliate me for thinking such of them When I called back to cancel the person in billing got outraged It s sad that they get you on the phone and tie up it and your computer and tell you not to use any of your devices while they are working so that was you can t search to see if they are legit or not Sleek They have got every niche figured out I hope that the FTC will shut them down to spare others If it walks like a duck

I was Transferred to this company from Netgear for a wireless router After having them work on my computer and router my router gradually began to slow down I called to ask if the software Network Protection might be responsible the person on the phone immediately started telling me it was my fault After getting a supervisor on the line he promised to have a technician check and he would called me back exactly at 9 00 AM my time No call No way to get a refund and no way to remove their installed software Be wise never use this company
