Not useful for me

It is possibly one of the best options for creating qr codes out there Unfortunately it does not allow you to customize the domain of these links and the domain qr codes is banned by vodafone as an unsafe site So most users will not be able to open the code and will have a horrible experience I asked the team for help several times for this one until they stopped answering me I had to look for another solution that would allow me to customize my own domain But I insist that it s a great platform even if it s not useful for me

Hasslesome and not free

I found this site from a Google search for free online QR generators The site opens with a reasonable page to design a QR code which I fill in then I find that before you can actually download the code you have to open an account again supposedly free You do that and it loses all the information you just typed in for the QR code Then you discover that it s only free for 7 days Cancelling this account and have now found a truly free honest and open Static QR site elsewhere

I guess it could be better to have more

I guess it could be better to have more social media icons or at least let people customize that better because just having a linked picture makes it look cheap also better customization of the link pages It is bland and sad

Subscription plans are disappointing

Subscription plans are disappointing and jumping from a free accont to 35 dollars a month is harsh This must be thoroughly cleared at first or offer a free plan with one code only and a certain scan limit

IG link won t work

I woould give 5 stars but I have been fighting with the app all evening long Whenever I put Instagram link upon clicking on it it says the page doesn t work TikTok link on the other hand doesn t redirect me to the profile but only to the main page The only link that works is Facebook Fix the bug pls and I will give 5

Free trial out to trick people

Unfortunately as with others I failed to spot the Free Trial element that was not mentioned to me at any stage in the creation of my QR code It was only when I got emails just over a week later saying my free trial had ended that I realised this and that my QR code which needed to be active had been deactivated When you read the FAQs it tells you there is a difference between dynamic and static QR codes and that only your static codes will stay active after the free trial When you set up a QR code the option to choose a static code is hidden at the bottom of all of the options in greyed out text which I only found when I went back in looking for this option It doesn t even look like an active link Definitely a company that are out to trick people and not clear in their options up front Have rated 2 as the QR code itself does work well I ve very reluctantly paid for a month to keep using the QR code which I need for a short while but will then be cancelling and never using again
