I don t know if my QR code will expire

I like the options available but I do not like that there is nothing that tells me whether the QR code I made is static or dynamic If it s dynamic it will expire unless I upgrade and pay money I made it after clicking the static option so I m assuming it s a static code but when I click the dynamic option it refreshes the page to show the QR code I already made So now I have a cool looking code that I can t even use for promotional materials because I don t know if it will expire next week

A little deceptive

The fact that it s a 7 day trial is blended in and very easy to miss Seems kinda skemish to me Should be made so people know they are going to be charged 35 a month after 7 days to keep the QE code they just generated active Other than that the QR codes are great I love you can chose your colors and personalize it to fit your business

Waste of Time

Spent a long time getting my code looking just how I wanted clicked Download and it wanted me to sign up for an account So I did but then it just erased all my progress on my code and made me start from scratch Why would you make users start all over after signing up for an account

Not completely honest with consumers

We recently used QR io for a fundraising event in our community We took advantage of the free seven day trial period and then got notice we would be charged a 35 monthly fee We felt dupped into paying so our flyers with QR codes would work Very deceptive Not a great way to generate business or faith in consumers

troubles creating an email code

It was hard to find the email generation link The sign and text was greyed out so very unintuitive Secondly I ve been trying to generate a QA code with a logo but for some reason it only appears and not the downloaded image

Customize breaks code

The basic QR code works perfectly but when we tried to customize it with our logo and colors it could not be read For a basic QR code it is really quick and easy to set up but with all the custom things they break the QR code

Initially frustrating but they made it right Use caution

I was initially very frustrated with qr io as they were attempting to charge me for what I thought would be a free product based on the Google ad I followed They worked to make it right though which I appreciate Pay attention when creating a QR code here as any modification of the appearance of the QR code will make it premium which will come with a charge of 35 per month But as long as you keep it basic this is a great option with no cost

Recommend but with Caution

I created a funky QR Code in my logo colours simple to use However I then read the Trustpilot reviews and realised that my code will only work for 7 days unless I pay and that the qr code dynamic link is potentially blocked by Vodafone I managed to go back into my trial account and create a static code but I am only awarding 3 stars due to it being very unclear that I was on a trial and I should have been notified at download that my link would expire had I not decided to leave a review this would have been a costly mistake - please amend your process to be honest
