Had a call from my doctor as usual for my refill and was simply told yeah we can t do that bye before I could ask why he couldn t full a medication I ve been on for YEARS and risk seizures coming off it abruptly he hung up I spoke to someone via email And they said that I could try doing a video call for my medication At this point I m beyond upset and terrified I will start having seizures

What a run around I signed up to receive treatment and medication only to be told that they couldn t provide the medication Two weeks of back-and-forth emails later it got worse when I was told that a 75 service fee would be held from my refund The only service they provided was a snarky woman sending questions that I had already answered or options that she then rescinded and wasn t able to provide Save yourself a million headaches and go absolutely anywhere else

Well today I was scheduled for an appointment with a doctor through Quick MD but for some reason unbeknownst to me or any explanation as to why my appointment was canceled and my account was placed under review I paid the fee to talk with the doctor via phone and I haven t even received a notice for a refund because the services that I paid for weren t even rendered Their quote that they champion care that s accessible and affordable is not true This is the second time that this has happened to me by Quick MD where they ve placed my account under review making it to where I can t schedule a appointment or get any answers from any customer service representatives why this is happening and plus I didn t even receive a refund So no Quick MD is not accessible nor is it affordable I ve filled out their customer service support ticket and I still haven t received any response even from the last support ticket that I filled out 2 months ago

a quick search showed that yall have a listing for paid positive reviews on microworkers i take it that most of these recent 5-star reviews are from people you ve paid to boot your ratings this feels especially scummy seeing as how this is for health services

Quick indeed as a totally automated service The only real people are the people that prescribe the medications I don t understand why they think they can give you a receipt stating you weren t charged And then they actually charge you 20 for a supposed cancelation that never happened Errors on their app are charged on you It s f u scenario I would not recommend their service at all

Do not use this company they are frauds Look at the better business bureau and see that they are not accredited and read the reviews

They said the product could be delayed up to 14 days I am way past that and learned they are planning to ship from Canada at some point and still have not processed my order I have asked for a refund so I could get prescription elsewhere since I have no idea if it will even arrive but they refuse to give refund and admit it has not been shipped nor do they they when it will be shipped

Worst service I ve seen Unbelievable that it s legally ran No customer service number Doctors don t call half the time and if they do you wait around for them to call hours after your appointment time This service has robbed me twice of my money Absolutely terrible

I booked a regular monthly appointment for a standard medication refill The cost for included dr appointment and medication 3 weeks later and the medication is not delivered and now I got aevised that they will not and cannot deliver medication I went back and forth with their customer service team Russell and they maintain that you need to pay for it regardless of if they deliver it or not What a scam My only option is to challenge it with bank

They advertise Suboxone treatment but what they dont tell you is no pharmacy in Florida will fill prescriptions from teleheath providers They stole my Money and now I m having to retain a lawyer to get my money back Don t use this company You have been warned
