Excellent customer service

I ordered a christmas 6 pack of ales for my mums partner initially the box came with a bottle broken and packaging soaked However customer service was second to none I was helped by the lovely Faye who sorted my issue straight away and sent me a new box which came the very next day and in perfect condition I would buy from this company again for sure

I bought the Advent Calendar for my husband and as some of the other reviews mention it was delayed by their courier company not anticipating that Christmas might be a busy time of year and giving the excuse of we are busier than usual well done Yodel However I had some lovely text exchanges with Qwerty who were exceedingly apologetic and very helpful and my husband s parcel arrived yes a few days late but it was worth the wait In his opinion the contents of each advent window was exceptional the best pale ales that he has ever had and he really didn t mind that he had to open a few all at the same time because it arrived after the 1st December I think we will be using Qwerty much more now - or so I am told by my lovely husband Thank you every one in the team for turning what could have been a Christmas Grinch into a Christmas grin
