Products not only damaged during transport rpt10 boxes not cut properly as well

I was sent the wrong item and am having conversations about what to do about it The service is ok but it s just taking a long time

My order was incomplete and arrived in 2 deliveries Not a very efficient service at a time when we all try to reduce transport cost

Purchasing was fine but I a week later we still do not have our goods perhaps you need to review your parcel delivery company

Confusing delivery where they say during checkout its next day delivery but in fact they are dropshipping on a 6-day service

So disappointed to see that RAJA have printed their branding along the side of the paper bags Makes them unusable in my retail store so I won t be buying them again The boxes are fine though

The first order didnt come for days I was told by customer services it was on it s way No other communication from rajapak Turns out it was damaged in transit as it is so badly sent out Next order took two days to come some were still damaged and one of the items was completely wrong Wont be coming back

Ordered for next day delivery on thursday but as it was bank holiday friday monday expected tuesday received an email from courier to advise order received on thursday night and i should expect delivery 11th April order not received tuesday wednesday so called thursday to advise non receipt was told they will contact the courier and call me back with an update no call back but order was received on friday

Bought a metal banding strap machine from Raja Pack with a stated 1 day delivery however 14 days later we recieve the product we did talk to customer services who shall we say sounded like we had just woken them up we re rung 2 days ago and the customer service was marginally better when the customer service member finally dealt with the query an email saying thank you for your recent purchase 12 days recent no where would that be recent and obviously it is an auto generated response and not personalised The answer that was given was they do not stock these items and they come from the manafactuer My answer would be this had you put this fact on your website so people can see that this is not readily avaliable quote the proper leatime then proper informed choices can be made This led to our company waiting far to long for an item that was stated to arrive next day please take note

Sold me a product that they didn t actually have available for sale Then when I chased up why it hadn t been delivered instead of then admitting that the product didn t exist they rather abruptly told me that it would be delivered the next day - which of course it wasn t Rang to chase it up again and the lady who dealt with me was extremely honest and helpful - credit due to her She arranged for an alternative item to be sent to me for the same price and also arranged a Saturday delivery for which I am grateful I see that the unavailable item is still shown on the website
